I specialise in simplifying complex B2B and SaaS platforms. I work at a systems level, turning operational complexity into product direction through research-led design, utilising AI, and close partnerships with product and engineering leadership.

I’ve led end-to-end design on high-impact products, driven measurable improvements in adoption and usability, and owned design systems at scale with a strong focus on accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA+).
